Shark Quest Dive Shop is the place to call if you're looking to dive the Gulf’s newest shipwrecks and explore beautiful areas of natural bottom. Whether you’re looking to spearfish or experience world-class wreck diving, we’ve got you covered.
Boat Trips
All boat trips are 2-tank dives unless stated otherwise.
- Inshore: $155.00 - From the Destin Pass out to 9 miles
- Mid-shore: $175.00 - From 9 to 18 miles
- Offshore: $225.00 - From 18 to 25 miles
Minimum Divers: 4
Maximum Divers: 6
There is always a Divemaster onboard.

Charter Times
- AM Charter: Arrive by 7:30 am for an 8 am departure
- PM Charter: Arrive by 1:30 pm for a 2 pm departure
There is water and light snacks provided on the boat. You are welcome to bring anything else you might want. There is also an ice chest for fish caught.
Shark Quest Specialties
On our inshore charters, ask us about spearfishing! We love to fill the cooler with your dinner. Shark Quest is also home to the 2022 Florida Fish and Wildlife Lionfish King. Let Nick or one of his staff show you how to safely harvest and clean lionfish.
For Mid-shore dives, we make regular trips to wrecks such as the Courageous, Big Dawg, Manta, and many others in Shipwreck Alley.
Shark Quest runs a small boat that holds only 6 passengers. For the novice diver, it means a comfortable experience, knowing that our Divemaster is watching only a few divers at a time. For the experienced diver, this means we have plenty of room for your doubles, side mount gear, rebreather, or maybe just your camera setup. If you need tanks or rental gear, it will be on the boat when you arrive—no need to come to the shop!

Training & Services
Our dive boat is local to the Destin/FWB area. If you're interested in dive training, our shop is located in Gulf Breeze, FL. We are a NAUI and SDI/TDI shop, teaching from basic open water through instructor. On the tech side, we teach the Poseidon Se7en Rebreather and Intro to Tech.
